Teens and adults tend to benefit most from a combined approach which may involve aspects of Talk therapy including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Exposure Therapy.  Children often benefit from Art and or Play Therapy techniques as well as Emotion Regulation Support, Social Skill Development, and Executive Functioning Strategies. Parenting sessions are also beneficial in supporting your child's growth, as a change in the family system can create new opportunities for positive change.

The first session involves gathering information, creating a relationship, and establishing how we can best work together to create healthy changes.
