About Braxtyn
Braxtyn is a warm and versatile Registered Psychologist who provides counselling for a wide range of needs - including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Executive Functioning challenges, Giftedness, and Self-Esteem. She also supports clients navigating relationship concerns, boundary setting, and emotional regulation. She is passionate about empowering clients to better understand the patterns that guide their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and to develop strategies for lasting growth.
Working With Braxtyn
Braxtyn creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. With younger children, she often incorporates play-based therapy and art-based therapy to make sessions engaging and developmentally appropriate. With teens and adults, she uses a collaborative approach, evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and skill building approaches, to help clients increase self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills.
