About Braxtyn
Braxtyn is a warm and versatile psychologist who provides counselling, for a wide range of needs — including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, learning differences, OCD, executive functioning challenges, giftedness, and self-esteem. She also supports clients navigating relationship concerns, boundary setting, and emotional regulation. She is passionate about empowering clients to better understand the patterns that guide their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — and to develop strategies for lasting growth.

Working With Braxtyn
Braxtyn creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. With younger children, she often incorporates play-based therapy and art to make sessions engaging and developmentally appropriate. With teens and adults, she uses collaborative, evidence-based strategies — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and skill-building approaches — to help clients increase self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills.
