How to Book a Psychologist at Creative Sky Psychologist

Step 1 – Explore Your Options

Browse our Meet the Team page to find psychologists who specialize in your child’s needs. Our psychologists work with children, teens, and young adults and providing anxiety Therapy, ADHD Therapy, OCD Therapy, or play therapy. If you’re unsure, fill out our contact form to help us recommend the best psychologist for yourself, child, or teen.

Step 2 – Book a Consultation

You can schedule online directly through each psychologist’s profile or by calling 587-331-4464 ext. 1.
Our administrative team can answer questions about therapist availability, fees, and who may be the best fit.

Step 3 – Begin Your Sessions

We offer in-person appointments at our Calgary clinic and secure online therapy across Alberta.
After booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with your intake forms and everything you need for your first session.

What to Expect in Your First Appointment

Your first session is a chance to get to know your psychologist, discuss your goals, and plan a path forward. Appointments typically last 50 minutes and can include:

  • Discussion of concerns, background, and goals

  • Developmentally appropriate activities for children and teens

  • Parent consultation or feedback time

  • Collaborative goal-setting and next steps
