Ashley supports children to become the best versions of themselves and helps children with executive function and behaviour concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and attachment issues. Ashley supports children to develop healthy coping mechanisms, new ways of thinking and solving problems, and supports children to increase resiliency and self-esteem.

    Karli is a Child Psychologist and works with preschoolers, children, and pre-teens. Karli is specialized in supporting Neurodivergent children including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Challenges and Disordered Eating. Karli works with children strengths to support their overall growth and development. She works in a playful manner using art, social stories, and imaginative play. Karli supports children to recognize and develop healthy ways of managing emotions, find new ways of coping, and develop problem solving skills and abilities.

Jessica support individuals with challenges related to Emotion Regulation and developing a healthy self-concept and building self-esteem. Jessica works with couples and parents, as well as supports individuals who are wishing to enhance relationships or work towards individual growth.

    Registered Psychologist

    Marie works with pre-teens, teens, and adults. She is specialized in supporting individuals with Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Giftedness, and challenges related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Marie supports individuals with challenges in Emotion Regulation challenges, Disordered Eating, Peer Issues, and Gender-Affirming Care. Marie provides therapy in both English and French and provides a cultural lens to therapy. Marie supports individuals to challenge old narratives and create new inner frameworks.
