Jennifer specializes in anxiety (including separation anxiety, school refusal, phobias, and panic), emotional regulation and behavioural challenges, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD and executive functioning, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Parent coaching is a central part of her work, helping caregivers develop practical strategies to support their child at home.
