About Danielle
Helping children, teens, and families navigate anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and emotional regulation with confidence and care. Danielle is a warm and collaborative psychologist who works with children (ages 3+), teens, young adults, and parents. She has a special focus on anxiety and anxiety-related disorders in youth — including generalized anxiety, separation anxiety, selective mutism, phobias, perfectionism, and executive function challenges.
Working With Danielle
Danielle creates therapy sessions that are engaging, approachable, and developmentally appropriate. With younger clients, she often incorporates play therapy, art, and other creative interventions to make therapy feel safe and inviting. With older children and teens, she draws on CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies to help them face fears, build coping skills, and regulate emotions. She also works closely with parents, offering practical tools for emotional regulation, behaviour challenges, and executive functioning — always with the goal of strengthening relationships and creating lasting change.
