About Kate

Kate supports young children and their families from a developmental and attachment-informed perspective. She works with children (ages 3–12) and parents, with a special interest in supporting highly sensitive children and neurodivergent youth, including those with autism and ADHD.

Kate recognizes the natural diversity in how children think, learn, and experience the world, viewing neurodivergence as a meaningful difference rather than a deficit. Her approach focuses on building strong relationships, supporting emotional development, and helping families move toward values-driven goals together.

Working With Kate

Kate is known for her thoughtful, down-to-earth presence in therapy. She creates a welcoming and receptive space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and parents feel supported in the process.

Sessions are often playful, engaging, and relationship-focused. Kate uses creative, play-based strategies to help children build connection, explore emotions, and develop new skills. She also works closely with parents, recognizing the important role caregivers play in supporting their child’s growth and wellbeing. Through compassionate collaboration, Kate helps families strengthen relationships and navigate challenges together.
