About Leighton
Leighton is a warm, grounded psychologist who works with teens and adults. She has a particular passion for supporting youth navigating high-risk behaviours, addictive patterns, and intense emotional challenges. Her approach is non-judgmental and deeply compassionate, offering a safe space for clients to explore difficult emotions, build coping strategies, and move toward healing with honesty and support.

Leighton has extensive experience helping teens experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and borderline personality traits. She also works with youth and young adults processing relationship trauma, attachment wounds, and self-worth struggles.
