Karli Jahn

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Children (3+), Teens & Parents · Autism · ADHD · Sensory Processing · Feeding & Eating Concerns

Karli is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals — including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory processing challenges — as well as children experiencing feeding or eating concerns. Using a strengths-based approach, she helps children build emotional regulation skills, develop healthy coping strategies, and grow their problem-solving abilities.

Karli believes therapy should be engaging and enjoyable. She often weaves in therapeutic art, social stories, and imaginative play to help children learn new skills in ways that feel natural and fun — creating a supportive space where they can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and grow into their best selves, while equipping parents with strategies to support progress at home.

Families love Karli's playful, approachable style and her ability to connect with children of all ages. Her sessions are collaborative and tailored to each child's strengths, needs, and personality, and she works closely with parents through parent coaching so the tools built in therapy lead to real-life gains in confidence, regulation, and daily functioning. Sessions are offered in person and online.

Karli also practises at our sister clinic, NU Psychology, where she supports neurodivergent teens and adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, disordered eating, emotional regulation, sensory differences, self-esteem, and identity development.
